Virtual Sessions (How It Works)

Private lessons are offered online so you can practice from the comfort of your home.

You’ll need:

  • a quiet, uninterrupted space

  • your yoga tools (mat, 2 blocks, strap/belt, bolster/pillow, blanket)

  • your device positioned so I can see you clearly

  • water nearby

  • try not to eat right before we begin

Virtual sessions are just as personal and supportive as in‑person work — you’ll receive real‑time guidance, adjustments, and encouragement throughout.
